Declaration on accessibility
We endeavor to make this website or mobile application accessible. The accessibility declaration is required by the Bremen Disability Equality Act. The technical requirements for accessibility are set out in BITV 2.0.
This declaration on digital accessibility applies to the website of the Senator for Economic Affairs, Labor and Europe published at https://www.handwerksportal-digital.de/.

This website is only partially accessible. The requirements of BITV 2.0 are only partially met.
The review of compliance with the requirements is based on an expert evaluation carried out by Dataport AöR on 25.05.2023. This review is carried out on an ongoing basis following each development step.

Description:
- No translations according to § 4 BITV 2.0 are available yet.
Measures:
- The translation will be commissioned and integrated as soon as possible.
- The translation of the essential content of the accessibility statement will be integrated.
Empty alt attributes for layout graphics
Beschreibung:
- Some layout graphics have alternative texts
Measures:
- The alternative texts are removed.
Hiding of elements at 200% text magnification
Description:
- In forms, the service buttons such as "Give feedback" and "Scroll up" partially obscure the content when zoomed to 200%
Measures:
- An economical solution is being examined.
Labeling of form elements
Description:
- Some of the form fields do not have a programmatic label. There is no link to the label
Measures:
- The label elements are linked.
Dropdowns or selection lists are not accessible from assistive technologies
Description:
- Elements that show a list of selection options by expanding are currently not accessible by assistive technologies, so the content cannot be captured here.
Measures:
- This type of form element will be made accessible as quickly as possible.
Sinnvolle Dokumenttitel
Description:
- The document titles are not chosen sensibly. Information about the individual page or the website is missing.
Measures:
- The document titles will be adapted as quickly as possible.
Highlighting bold
Description:
- The bold highlighting was partially implemented via <b>.
Measures:
- The bold highlighting will be replaced by <strong> as soon as possible.
Correct syntax
Description:
- There is the error Duplicate ID
Measures:
- The syntax is corrected so that the IDs are only used once.
Status messages not programmatically available
Description:
- The user is guided through the system with status messages, but these are not programmatically available.
Measures:
- The programmatic availability of status messages will be implemented as soon as possible.
